09 Sep Sara Duterte Raised Reward for Davao Explosion Suspects to P3M
The reward for anyone who could give information and arrest the suspects in the Davao explosion was raised from P2 million to P3 million, the Davao City government announced.
On September 8, Thursday, from the initial P2 million that was declared last Monday was increased by P1 million, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio disclosed.
The additional reward was offered by a businessman and a law firm, the city mayor clarified. As she spoke, “A businessman in Davao City donated P500,000 for the additional reward money and a law firm through Finance Secretary Sonny Dominguez also gave another P500,000.”
Those who can provide information about the location of the suspects will be given P1 million, Duterte-Carpio said last Monday, September 5.
P1 million will be given to those who can provide the whereabouts of the suspects and P2 million for those who can bring the suspects to the authorities. The mayor indicated that she wants the suspects alive so she can get information from them.

Recently, the Philippine police disclosed a composite image of a man believed to be a suspect for the terror attack in Davao City that killed 14 and injured 60 individuals. It was described that suspect is male, slim, 5 feet and 7 inches tall and about 30-years-old.
PNP added that there three “persons of interest,” a man and two women, in connection with the explosion and the Davao police are now hunting down these three. It was said that the two women were “tagging along” with the suspect.
