Miss Philippines Earth Northern Mindanao, an international environmental event which promotes the preservation and protection of the environment, once again crowned a well-deserving woman to represent the region for the upcoming Miss Philippines Earth pageant come the month of May. An Ozamiz City bet, Celine Mae Pangan hailed as Miss Philippines Earth Northern Mindanao for this year, 2017.
The event was held at The Atrium, Limketkai Center last February 25, 2017.
