25 Oct Ex-convict Shot-dead In Villanueva, MisOr

In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, an ex-convict was shot-dead by four unidentified men in Barangay Imelda, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental.
Chief Police of Villanueva Police Station, C/Insp. Rodnie Gaid, identified the victim as Rodrigo Llagas who resided around the area.
The victim was riding a habal-habal when the unidentified men blocked his vehicle and shot him 4 times with a caliber 45 gun.
C/Insp. Gaid believes that the motives behind the crime was hatred. It was revealed that the victim was detained for seven years at Davao Prison and Penal Farm for killing someone.
