24 Jul Misamis Oriental Records 1.5 Million Tourists For Just The 2nd Quarter Of 2018

Mga higala! In a short period of 3 months, Misamis Oriental has already recorded an amazing sum of 1,498,581 tourists that visited the province. This information was recently revealed by Provincial Tourism Officer Atty. Jeffrey Saclot in the Lambo Departmental Press Briefing last Friday, July 20.
According to a post by Gobernador BAMBI EMANO, Saclot stated that even though only 500,000 tourists were logged during January, February, and March, their tourist count tripled for April until June.
Moreover, Saclot also added that their tourism income has now amounted to P19,324,157 which was earned from entrance fees and cottage rents in the various tourist destinations of Misamis Oriental.
