13 Nov City Admin Asks Couple To Pay For Accident Damages Caused By Allegedly Having Sex While Driving
Mga higala! The City Administrator of Cagayan de Oro has asked the couple to pay for public property damages, due to a road accident they caused, by allegedly having sex while driving.

Fortunately, people who noticed the accident helped the couple.
And, they only sustained minor injuries.
