02 Jan PDEA Arrests Passenger Traveling To Cagayan de Oro With Shabu Hidden In His Baseball Cap

Mga higala! A passenger bound for Cagayan de Oro City with 3 packs of shabu hidden in his baseball cap, was arrested by the joint elements of PDEA Regional Office VII in a pier at Cebu City.
The passenger was identified as Valerie Sacedon, 28 years old, a resident of Basak, San Nicolas, Cebu City.
The said shabu was discovered during the baggage inspection and body frisk at the pier’s passenger terminal. Based on reports, when the authorities checked his cap, the packs of shabu started falling on the floor.
