16 May LOOK: Oscar Moreno, Kikang Uy, & City Councilors Finally Proclaimed As Winners
Mga higala! CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY Mayor Oscar Moreno, Vice Mayor Kikang Uy, together with the city councilors, were finally proclaimed as winners of the local elections last night, May 15, 2019.

The proclamation was conducted even though the results are still at 99%. To see why, check out the numbers below:

As you can see above, Moreno is ahead by over 60,000 votes against Pompee, and Uy has 40,000 votes more than Emano.
Councilors.
