Mga higala! The Cagayan de Oro City Government has finally conducted a groundbreaking ceremony today, September 10, 2019, for the new 5-story building which will house the state-of-the-art CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY, the GSP Building, and the 52 additional classrooms for the City Central School!

An initial funding of P100 million has been allocated for this project.

The ceremony was led by Mayor Oscar S. Moreno, with guest- PCOO Secretary Martin M. Andanar, and the Office of the City Council headed by Vice Mayor Kikang Uy.

Representatives from the various offices of the LGU and DepEd participated in the event.
