23 Oct CIDG Arrests Ex-Cagayan de Oro Vice Mayor Acenas In Cebu For “Double Your Money” Scam

Mga higala! The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of Region 7 has arrested Former Cagayan de Oro Vice Mayor Caesar Ian Acenas, in an entrapment operation at Mandaue City, Cebu, for his alleged involvement in a “double your money” scam!
The entrapment was conducted last night, October 22, and below are the others who were arrested together with Acenas:
- Ailen Hope Matuhac – Davao City
- Arjun Gumban – North Cotabato
- Ma. Esperanza Makinano – Cagayan de Oro City
- Adhetor Daya Jr. – Davao City
