Amethyst is capable for 50 – 60 persons or 80 persons in theater style; Ruby, capable for 20 – 40 persons or 60 persons in theater style; Sapphire is capable for 20 – 40 persons or 60 persons in theater style; Topaz, capable for 25 – 35 persons or 40 persons in theater style.
All function room and ballroom packages include full technical support, convention and technical equipment such as internet connection, LED monitor, LCD projector, LCD screen, DVD player, P/A sound system, lapel and wireless microphones, basic or special spotlight and lighting system, rostrum, and white boards. Seda Centrio Hotel
The Seda is Cagayan de Oro’s first 4-star hotel from an international name. It has two meeting rooms capable of accommodating up to 14 persons, while its two “Sinamay” function rooms can accommodate between 70-100 persons. When both Sinamay rooms are opened, a total of 170 persons can be accommodated. Their current function rooms are classified into the following; the Board-room set-up, Classroom Set-up, Theater and Banquet Set-up.

The function rooms can be converted into a reception hall, banquet hall, theatre, or classroom. The “Al Fresco” area can also be opened and connected to the function rooms to accommodate up to 200 persons for really big functions. The hotel is located on Corrales Avenue right beside Ayala Centrio Mall.
Pacifico Boutique Hotel
Crema Café and Restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel and its second floor extension was formally launched last November. Both floors can hold more than 50 persons simultaneously. The menu is a fusion of Italian, French, American, and Filipino dishes.
The second floor function room also features a keyboard accompaniment and projector for singing accompaniment rather than the typical videoke machines. The hotel is located at the corner of A. Velez and Fernandez Streets.
Grand Caprice Restaurant
The Grand Caprice is one of the oldest and popular event venue sites in the city. It has 4 functions rooms that can accommodate between 150 up to 300 persons. When all four function rooms are opened to form a ballroom, it can accommodate up to 1,500 persons. It is located at the Limketkai Center in Lapasan.

This hotel’s main Lambago Function Room can accommodate from 150 – 300 persons.

Though more known for its swimming pool and sports facilities, their Grand Convention Hall became well known after hosting several popular national beauty pageants in the past, with a capacity for 1,200 persons. Another convention hall can accommodate up to 120 persons, while their Gallery, Bar Lounge, and Sky Bar can also accommodate up to 120 persons.

Pryce Plaza Hotel

The city’s first 3-star hotel located on top of the Carmen Hill overlooking the city. It is the only hotel that can be seen from the city’s center. It has a Grand Mindanao Ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,200 persons. This ballroom hosted local and national beauty pageants in the past.
