30 Mar Cagayan de Oro To Allot P500 Million To Help Households Affected By COVID-19
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City will allocate around P500 million to help the thousands of households, affected by the current community quarantine caused by COVID-19!
According to a post by Stephen Capillas, this was confirmed by Mayor Oscar Moreno on a press briefing last Saturday, March 28, saying that the City Development Council’s executive committee has approved a resolution for the said cash aid budget.
Moreover, this P500 million will be classified as a supplemental budget, which Moreno said is ‘not new money’ or additional funds for the city’s P7.5 billion for 2020.
