13 Apr 6 COVID-19 Patients Admitted @ NMMC Have Recovered and Discharged
In a report from Sunstar, 6 out of the 8 patients that were admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection have already recovered and are now discharged.
Among the recoveries were as follows:
- 67-year-old female from Del Carmen, Iligan City who was discharged on April 8, 2020
- 66-year-old female from Lanao del Sur who was discharged on March 31, 2020
As of this writing, 1 death has been recorded at NMMC due to COVID-19: Patient 40 (PH40) from Lanao del Sur.
In an update from the Department of Health (DOH) last Sunday, April 12, 2020, there are a total of 4,648 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 297 deaths and 197 recoveries.
