25 Jun 22-Year-Old LSI Who Returned From Cebu Tests Positive For COVID-19
[UPDATED] Mga higala! A 22-year-old locally stranded individual (LSI) who arrived in Cagayan de Oro (from Cebu) last June 14, 2020, has tested positive for COVID-19!
This patient is a resident of Brgy. Bulua but was immediately placed in a city isolation unit upon arrival. He was swabbed last June 20 and the result came back positive yesterday, June 24.
He is currently asymptomatic.
According to today’s press briefing, he traveled via ship and had 80 co-passengers. 4 of these are direct contacts.
Moreover, he did not have any close contact with his family members.
