02 Jul Motorcycle Backriding Still Not Allowed In Region X: No Guidelines Yet
Mga higala! Motorcycle backriding is still not allowed in Region X this July, under the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ)!
According to Police Regional Office (PRO)-10 spokesperson Mardy Hortillosa II, they still haven’t received any official resolution from the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) regarding the issue, indicating that backriding is still prohibited.
ICYDK, motorcycle backriding has been “approved in principle” but the technical working group of the IATF is still formulating a complete set of guidelines before lifting its ban.
