09 Jul Backriding Of Married Couples & Live-in Partners To Be Allowed Starting July 10

Mga higala! BACKRIDING in motorcycles will finally be allowed this July 10, 2020, provided that the driver and passenger are married couples or live-in partners!
This was just announced by Secretary Eduardo Año of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
To be specific, backriding is allowed for those “living in one household” whether they are married, common-law husband and wife, or boyfriend and girlfriend.
