- arrived in CDO on July 2 via a sea vessel
- placed in a city isolation unit
- asymptomatic
- for transfer to a temporary treatment and monitoring facility (TTMF)
- 2 close contacts identified, co-passengers
90th. 40-year-old female LSI, resident of Brgy. Puntod
- from Malate, Manila
- underwent a rapid diagnostic test in Luzon on June 16: negative
- arrived in CDO on July 2 via air travel
- placed in a city isolation unit
- swab tested on July 6: invalid, re-swabbed on July 8: positive
- asymptomatic
- for transfer to a TTMF
