231st. 4-year-old female, local case, resident of Upper Zone 10, Brgy. Carmen
- child of 230th case, related to the 192nd case
- swabbed on August 16, results came back positive on August 19
- no symptoms
- for transfer to TTMF
232nd. 29-year-old female, local case/APOR, resident of a gated community in Upper Brgy. Carmen
- placed in a city isolation unit
- swabbed on August 16, results came back positive on August 19
- no symptoms, no comorbidities
- for transfer to TTMF
