13 Oct LOOK: Viral Budget-Friendly Modern Bahay Kubo In Bukidnon
Mga higala! John Paul Cortes Lamoste of Libona, Bukidnon, has recently gone viral for his budget-friendly MODERN BAHAY KUBO!
The said house was built by only one person and a budget of around P280,000, including the lot where the house is located (P130,000) and its building materials. It has an area of 200 sqm and has a simple Bahay Kubo exterior with a spacious and modern interior.
According to John Paul, its construction started last March 14, just days before the COVID-19 lockdown in the province. It was then finished in July.
