2 of these are locally stranded individuals (LSIs), 1 is a local Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR), 3 are local index cases, and 4 are local cases with links to other confirmed cases.

- had symptoms starting November 8

- recently visited BIR, PhilHealth, and GSIS offices (for work)
- had a loss of sense of taste and smell on November 13
- had a fever
