• had headaches
• last day of work: Dec. 4
• admitted to a private hospital on Dec. 5
• swab tested

2487th. 68-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Lapasan

• had symptoms
• has hypertension, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease
• undergoes regular hemodialysis (every other day)
• had body weakness and dyspnea
• last hemodialysis: Dec. 4
• brought to a private hospital due to low oxygen saturation
• swab tested

• has hypertension, diabetes, and a history of stroke

• exposed to the 2368th case, her brother
• attended a meeting in their regional office on Nov. 27
• visited a grocery store on Nov. 29
• last day of exposure: Nov. 30

2492nd. 62-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Macasandig

• also exposed to the 2368th case, her son
• also a government employee
• recently attended a birthday gathering

2493rd. 68-year-old male, local case, resident of Brgy. Kauswagan

• experienced vomiting
• has a history of pneumonia
• stays at home (bedridden)
• brought to the JRBGH
• admitted and swab tested

2494th. 50-year-old male, local case, resident of Brgy. Lapasan

• has hypertension and chronic kidney disease
• undergoes regular hemodialysis
• visited a private hospital on Dec. 4
• had abdominal pain
• brought to the NMMC
• swab tested
• expired on December 7, at around 1:50 pm
• cremated

2495th. 78-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Tablon

• had fever and difficulty breathing
• has comorbidities
• traveled to an area in Misamis Oriental on Nov. 20 for a birthday
• returned to CDO on Nov. 28
• had a fever on Dec. 2
• visited their barangay health center
• brought to the NMMC
• expired on December 4, at around 9:00 pm
• cremated
