Mga higala! Some kids and/or teenagers were recently spotted jumping off the Ysalina Bridge in Brgy. Carmen and swimming along the Cagayan de Oro River!

“Prohibited and dangerous.” Meh, go eat your hat. People should tell young boys that jumping off bridges is healthy and educational. That would work much better than telling them it is prohibited and dangerous.
