26 Jul SPOTTED: Teen Breaks Window Of Parked Multicab In CDO
Mga higala! A teenager was recently caught on a CCTV camera while breaking the window of a parked multicab vehicle, along the Cruz Taal street of Cagayan de Oro City!
As you can see in the video below, the said teen just casually hit and broke the multicab’s right side window upon passing by it. He and his companion then continued walking like nothing happened.
