23 Dec CDO’s PSA Outlet Starts Online Appointment System: No Walk-Ins Starting Jan. 3
Mga higala! The Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet in Cagayan de Oro City has officially started the implementation of its online appointment system for the request of the following registry documents:
- Certificate of Live Birth
- Certificate of Marriage
- Certificate of Death
- Certificate of No Marriage Record (CeNoMaR)
- Advisory on Marriages and Authentications
To book, just visit this link: appointment.psa.gov.ph
However, walk-ins will still be entertained until December 31, 2021, higala!
The full implementation of this online appointment system will begin on January 3, 2022.
