14 Dec Authorities Shut Down “12.12 Sale” @ Center Point Due To Lack Of Social Distancing & Other Violations
Mga higala! The Disiplina Muna Advocacy Team and the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) stopped a bike sale at the Center Point, along Domingo Velez Street, last December 12, 2020, due to health protocol violations and others!
According to Antonio Resma Jr., Ordinance Violations Receipts (OVR) were issued for the lack of social distancing, the not wearing of face masks, and for not displaying a business permit.
Resma then stressed that organizers of events and sales like this should first coordinate with the City Hall to avoid penalties.
