ACATECH Aviation College, the pioneering and the only aviation school in Cagayan de Oro City and Northern Mindanao, powers up education with unique and up to date programs in aviation and technology using the state of the art facilities.

Senior High Graduates (G12), Old Curriculum Graduates (Graduated high school in 2016 or earlier), Transferees, Second Courser and ALS Graduates.
ACATECH Aviation College offers a comprehensive aviation maintenance program leading to either a Two-year Aircraft Maintenance Technology Course or a Two-year Aviation Electronics Technology Course.
ACATECH is located at Agora Road Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City.
Aspiring licensed Aircraft Mechanic Technicians and Avionics Technicians will be trained to perform maintenance, inspection, installation, and repair of all types of aircraft to be used by airline companies, and flight schools and various agencies.
Students will learn everything they need to know to qualify for CAAP licensure examination and attain an entry-level position in the field of Aviation. The variety of skills include sheet metal repair, engine overhaul, electrical communication, navigation instruments repair, hydraulics, air conditioning, pneumatics, on-board maintenance and other various installation works.
Moreover, Aviation Technicians have a wider and greater demand not only in the Philippines but throughout the world. These jobs offer great pay benefit packages which include a free worldwide travel package.
In addition to that, ACATECH Aviation College is the only aviation school in the Philippines that owns a BOEING 737 200 AIRCRAFT which is essential for postgraduate maintenance training, thus, students will become work ready technicians and engineers after finishing their course.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
Upon the completion of the course, students will be sent to different aviation companies for hands-on training for six (6) months before declaring them a graduate for their course in accordance with Civil Air Regulation Part 3. OJT is also required in taking up the licensure exam for A&P and Aircraft Specialist.
COMPUTER BASED TRAINING PROGRAM (CBT)
ACATECH AVIATION COLLEGE adopts Computer Based Training Programs for the maintenance of aircraft types and basic skills training via computer simulations prior to hands-on training. The program also gives the access on electronics manuals for aircraft maintenance. In addition, a virtual instructor and simulated systems, description and operation, familiarization and troubleshooting are also included.
HOW THE ACATECH PROGRAM WORKS:
A two-year diploma course in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and Aviation Electronics Technology is currently offered by ACATECH AVIATION COLLEGE located at Agora Road Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. The said program is CAAP approved. The schedule of classes starts from 8:00 a.m onwards and evening classes are also available.
The program is divided into learning blocks which comprise of classroom lessons, computer-based training and shop instruction training that provides over 3,500 hours of technical instruction. Students will be given hands-on training form licensed and experienced instructors who have worked and undergone training in countries like the US, UK, Singapore, Germany, Taiwan, and other countries.
TRAIN AND HIRE PROGRAM:
The Train and Hire Program is designed to help the students land a job after graduation. This includes hands-on and practical experience in actual aircraft maintenance and repair. The job employment varies depending on the student’s performance during training for various companies locally and abroad.
