Mga higala! All classes in low-lying and flood-prone areas are suspended today, July 12, 2018, due to the bad weather in Cagayan de Oro City.
This was relayed via a text message by DepEd Cagayan de Oro Schools Division Superintendent Jonathan de la Pena and was posted by Maricel Casino-Rivera. In case you don’t know, due to the absence of storm signal warnings from PAG-ASA, only localized suspension of classes are permitted.
