30 Jan City Gov’t Reiterates Anti-Littering Law In Cagayan de Oro, Fine: P500-P2,000
Mga higala! The City Government of Cagayan de Oro is now reminding everyone about its ANTI-LITTERING ordinance, which prohibits the dumping of any waste material in public places like sidewalks, canals, parks, and establishments!
Those who will violate this law will pay a fine of P500 to P2,000 or more.
ICYDK, the use of plastic bags is now being strictly regulated in the city, as part of City Ordinance 13378-2018 or the “Integrated Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance”!
