This is CDO’s 460th case, the 65-year-old male who expired yesterday, September 14, 2020.

- experienced shortness of breath
- went to a private hospital on September 9
- transferred to NMMC
- swab results came back positive
- 5 direct contacts identified and isolated
- died on September 14
