Mga higala! The Army Dragon Warriors of Manila was declared as the Champion of the recently concluded Mayor’s Cup Spring Festival Dragon Boat Race in Cagayan de Oro City!
The said team dominated 3 out of the 5 dragon boat racing categories and bested various groups from all over the Philippines.
