12 Apr LOOK: Authorities Arrest Police Who Beat Up & Pointed Gun At Live-In Partner
Mga higala! The authorities have arrested a police officer of the Magpet Municipal Police Station in North Cotabato after a video of him beating up and pointing a gun at his female live-in partner went viral on Facebook!
According to reports, this happened during a birthday party inside the Canapia Subdivision in Kidapawan City. The said cop was identified as Corporal Louie Jay Lumancas.
Upon his arrest, his badge was personally confiscated by Cotabato Police Provincial Director PCOL. Harold Ramos.
“Ang badge ng pulisya ay sumisimbolo ng legal authority o katapatan nito sa tao at batas ng bansa bilang kasapi ng law enforcement,” said Ramos.
Lumancas is now under custody and will be facing various charges.
