19 Nov LOOK: Authorities Catch CDO Establishments Serving Alcohol During Curfew
Mga higala! The Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) and the police have recently caught several establishments in Cagayan de Oro City that were serving alcohol or intoxicating drinks during curfew hours!
ICYDK, under Alert Level 2, the selling, buying, and drinking of alcohol, especially in public places, is strictly prohibited from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am.
Violators will receive fines and/or penalties under RA 11332 and City Ordinance No. 13855.

The said authorities also checked if the establishments were following the capacity limit and if their employees are all fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
