18 Nov LOOK: Authorities Catch More COVID-19 Protocol Violators In Upper Carmen
Mga higala! More individuals were recently caught by the Disiplina Muna Advocacy Team and the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) for violating curfew and drinking in public places in Upper Carmen!
The police then issued them with Ordinance Violation Receipts (OVR).
