31 Jan Authorities Identify 17-Year-Old Mother Who Left Her Newborn Baby Inside Trash Can @ Brgy. Carmen
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro’s police and City Social Welfare & Development (CSWD) office have identified a 17-YEAR-OLD student, as the mother who recently abandoned her newborn baby boy inside a trash can, in a comfort room, at the CDO 2 Cycles branch in Zayas, Barangay Carmen!
According to a report by TV Patrol North Mindanao, the mother denied having the baby at first, because her family has no idea about her situation. But, she later confessed at the CSWD office and was given a proper medical check-up.
The 17-year-old will also be put under examination so that authorities can determine if they should charge her with child abuse.
