10 Aug Ayala Group Starts Laguindingan Technopark Project
Mga higala! Ayala Group’s Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has started the development of the first world-class and state-of-the-art industrial park in Northern Mindanao, which will be named as the LAGUINDINGAN TECHNOPARK.

This project will be Ayala Group’s first industrial estate outside Luzon and will rise as a mixed-use complex inside their 526-hectare estate in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.
In case you missed it, earlier this year Prime Orion Philippines Inc. (POPI), a company which is now 63.9% owned by Ayala Land Inc. announced the launching of their 60-100 hectare development of over 42 lots in Laguindingan which will mainly be used as a manufacturing and logistical hub.
