23 Jun Backriding in Motorcycles Still Prohibited in CDO: New Guidelines Pending
Mga higala! We have been getting a lot of inquiries with regards to backriding in motorcycles.
As confirmed from Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), having passengers in motorcycles is still prohibited and this regulation will remain until the Inter-Agency Task Force on Infectious Diseases (IATF) releases a new set of guidelines.
COCPO spokesperson Maj. Ivan Vinas said that they are still waiting for the new memorandum.
