Mga higala! To further prevent the threat of COVID-19, the local government of Cagayan de Oro will be implementing a strict EXIT PASS POLICY in all its barangays!

This is due to recent reports of sizable crowds violating social distancing guidelines, in various barangays and public places all over the city.

Residents who will leave their house will now need to present a barangay exit pass, which can be acquired for free.

To clarify, employees reporting to work can just show their ID to barangay officials or personnel, while those who need urgent medical care won’t need to present a pass.
