Mga higala! Barangay Exit Passes are said to be required again in Cagayan de Oro City under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) this June 1-15, 2021!
This was disclosed by Ma’am Maricel Casino-Rivera of the City Information Office (CIO) in their live stream this afternoon.
