04 Jun Barbeshops & Salons In Cagayan de Oro Allowed To Reopen Starting June 7

Mga higala! Based on the recent announcement from DTI, barbershops and salons in Cagayan de Oro City and in other areas under MGCQ will finally be allowed to reopen starting this Sunday, June 7, 2020!
However, they are only permitted to operate at 50% capacity and is limited only to basic hair-cutting services.
