Mga higala! 2 beneficiaries of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) and the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) were caught by the Cagayan de Oro police yesterday, April 28, 2020, while having a pot session and sniffing of suspected shabu in Barangay Bugo!

According to the Cagayan De Oro City Police Office, said beneficiaries were identified as Danilo Razalo y Rosales, 44 years old, a resident of Higaonon Zone 6, Balite, Bugo, and Criselo Baguinat y Mahino, 40 years old, who is from Zone 3, Bilayong, Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

The authorities were able to confiscate the following:

• 2 pcs heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing the suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.06 and an estimated market value of P408.00
• 1 pc unsealed sachet with the residue of suspected shabu
• 1 pc improvised aluminum foil used as gutter with traces of suspected shabu
• 1 pc improvised steel used as “totter”
• 1 disposable lighter color blue with attached improvised aluminum foil used as a needle
• 1 pc disposable lighter color orange

The suspects are now temporarily detained in a mini cell at the Police Station 6.
