27 Jun BEWARE: Individuals In Vehicles Giving Paper Bills With Headache & Nausea-Inducing Chemicals (Mindanao)
Mga higala! Suspicious individuals in vehicles have been spotted giving or paying with strange paper bills and victimizing random residents (even kids) in several areas in Mindanao!
According to victims and witnesses, the said paper bills seem to have been laced with some sort of chemical with strange smells that allegedly induce headaches, nausea, and more.
These incidents have occurred within North Cotabato and Davao Oriental.
