07 Sep LOOK: BFP Rescues Trapped Puppies In Brgy. Pagatpat, CDO
Mga higala! 5 newborn puppies who were trapped inside a road gutter were recently rescued by personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Brgy. Pagatpat, Cagayan de Oro City!
The mother of the said puppies gave birth inside the gutter and was unable to get them out.
