24 Apr LOOK: BFP Spots Vehicle Parking In Front Of Fire Hydrant @ CDO
Mga higala! The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) of Cagayan de Oro City is now reminding the public to never park in front of fire hydrants!
This after a vehicle was spotted doing this in Brgy. Tablon:
ICYDK, according to the law, no driver is allowed to park within 4 meters of a fire hydrant.
Aside from the fact that you’ll receive a fine of up to P50,000 and/or other penalties, blocking a fire hydrant can also delay BFP’s fire suppression activities in an area, resulting in properties of lives lost.
