Quick History of Botoy’s
It was in the year 2000 when Engr. Cesar B. Alba founded Botoy’s, which started with selling litson manok and liempo at a take-out kiosk and was registered under the McAlba Foods Corporation.
Excelling in the litson manok, bbq, and liempo industry, Botoy’s have bagged awards and recognitions from award-giving bodies. In the year 2009, as well as in 2011 and 2013, Botoy’s was awarded as the fastest growing and most promising franchise by the Entrepreneur Philippines. And in 2010, they received a Seal of Excellence award and The Consumer’s Choice Awardee.
As of last year, 2016, Botoy’s has already more than 100 franchise and company-owned take-out kiosks and fast food restaurants in the Philippines, and the good news is that they still accept franchise applications for those who are interested in venturing in the said industry.
Consistently meeting the sanitation standards and the Good Manufacturing Practices set by the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) with “AA” Plant Accreditation, Botoy’s is heading on its way to achieving HACCP Certification to becoming a world class meat processing and food company.
