06 Oct Nagmahal, Nasaktan, Nag HUGOT! Boy Zugba’s Hugot Day With Medyo Maldito and Snake Princess

Hugot day event by Boy Zugba in partnership with GC Suites was held on October 5, Wednesday at 5:30 in the afternoon at Centrio Mall Activity Center.
The sold-out event was hosted by MOR’s DJ Chaka Babe, who was also witty with her “Hugot” lines. The most anticipated guests by many Kagay-anons and fans were Facebook sensation, Medyo Maldito and Snake Princess, both famous for their viral videos on social media.
Before the guests performed, Chaka Babe invited four Kagay-anons, two girls and two boys, to show and present their hugot lines. The contest was situational which urged the participants to be witty and clever with their lines. The winners were picked by the audience through loud cheers, which earned them gift certificates from Boy Zugba.
Snake Princess who became viral for her “Markserye,” greeted her fans by singing Celine Dion’s hit song, I Love You. Even though she does not know well the song lyrics, which made the fans burst into laughter, she still sang with all her heart and soul.
Rowell Mainit Ucat or known as Medyo Maldito, famous for his hugot lines on Facebook performed his popular compositions HAHAHAHAsula and Sa Akong Heart. As he sang, fans were screaming, shrieking and can’t keep their hands to themselves as they tried to reach and touch Medyo Maldito. He even took selfies with his fans without hesitation, he knows how to make his fans flutter.
After performing, they both greeted their Kagay-anon fans.
Medyo Maldito brought a girl to the stage introducing her to Snake Princess saying that the girl captivated his heart. He then started his cheesy pick-up lines.
To give more entertainment to their audience and fans, Chaka Babe initiated to ask Snake Princess if she wants someone to be her boyfriend for that day. Chaka Babe initiated to invite a guy from the crowd to go up on stage and be introduced to Snake Princess. She picked a handsome guy who was wearing a mariner’s uniform.
Snake Princess who was so fluttered, can’t keep her eyes off from his “boyfriend,” which prompted Chaka Babe to play a game. They played the famous “i-Dawn Zulueta mo ako” and nose to nose kiss.
Chaka Babe noticed that Medyo Maldito is lonely and again asked someone from the crowd to be with him and play a game. She picked a fan who was crying as she asked him to go up on stage and be with Medyo Maldito. The fan said that he admires Medyo Maldito in a quote, “Siya akong ultimate idol.”

Medyo Maldito and his die-hard fan did what Snake Princess and his partner played. The crowd burst out laughing as Medyo Maldito acted as the girl who runs towards the fan to hug him. The fan was so happy that he always cried and hugged his ultimate idol.

The event ended with acknowledging and thanking the sponsors of the event and awarding the winners of Boy Zugba’s online hugot contest.

But wait, there’s more! Chaka Babe asked Snake Princess to read a letter from someone. Snake Princess complained that she don’t want to read it as it is in English, the crowd then laughed. Though Snake Princess found it hard to read the letter, she still did read it.
This hugot event is very entertaining as the audience could really relate to Medyo Maldito’s hugot lines like for every hugot, the crowd responds with “yes, tinood na.” Well, many of the audience or maybe all of the audience could really relate as hugot lines are based on personal experiences.
