Mga higala! The Barangay 17 of Cagayan de Oro is now offering cash incentives to residents who can send pictures of public gatherings within their area!
This move aims to catch and reprimand those who are holding gatherings in their barangay and help prevent the further spread of COVID-19 in the city.
According to their released memo, the faces of those attending the public gathering should be seen in the pictures and the sender should include the name of the “zone” and the residence involved (if applicable).
The sender’s identity will be confidential.
