13 Dec Barangay Bugo Named the Most Child-Friendly Barangay in Cagayan de Oro for the 3rd Time
For the third time in straight 3 years, Barangay Bugo once again named the ‘Most Child-Friendly Barangay’ in Cagayan de Oro by the City Council for the Protection of Children and the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
Leading the awarding ceremony that was held at the City Hall last December 12, 2016, Monday, was City Administrator Dionnie Gersana representing Mayor Oscar Moreno, along with City Councilors Edna Dahino, Eric Salcedo, Ma. Lourdes Gaane and Reuben Daba, CSWB Officer Teddy Sabuga-a and other CCPC members.
The official awardees are as follows:
- Most Child-Friendly Barangay: Barangay Bugo
- P150,000 and a plaque of appreciation
- 1st Placer: Barangay Lumbia
- P100,000 and a plaque
- 2nd Placer: Barangay Kauswagan
- P75,000 and a plaque
- 3rd Placer: Barangay Gusa
- P20,000 and a plaque
- 4th Placer: Barangay Nazareth
- P20,000 and a plaque
