Mga higala! Boxer Eumir Marcial of Zamboanga City is now set to receive P8 million and other incentives for winning a bronze medal in the ongoing Tokyo Olympics!
ICYMI, Marcial lost his middleweight semifinal fight against Oleksandr Khyzhniak of Ukraine yesterday, August 5.
Below is the breakdown of said cash incentive:
- P2 million– as mandated by Republic Act No. 10699
- P2 million– from the MVP Sports Foundation (Manny Pangilinan)
- P2 million– from San Miguel Corporation (Ramon Ang)
- P1 million– from Deputy House Speaker Mikee Romero
- P1 million– from Phoenix Petroleum
He will also receive free flights from Philippine Airlines and AirAsia Philippines.
