19 Sep “Bugaw” Arrested Inside Barangay Consolacion Lodge in CDO; 3 Female Victims Rescued

Mga higala! A “bugaw” was arrested and 3 female victims were rescued inside a lodge at Barangay Consolacion, Cagayan de Oro City, during a joint operation conducted by the Police Station 5, COCPO-WCPD, and CSWD, together with the involved barangay.

The bugaw or pimp was caught in the act and was identified as “SOFIA”. A pack of condoms, a cellular phone that was used in transacting with “customers”, and the amount of 13,000 pesos were confiscated.

2 of the female victims were minors and 1 was an adult. After the operation, they were brought in for questioning and for the filing of testimonies.
