Mga higala! BY CLARKIE, one of the best ice-based dessert brands in Cagayan de Oro City that offer a variety of mouthwatering flavors, has now opened a new branch at Tomas Saco-16th Street, in front of Monterey!
By Clarkie specializes in BIG servings of delectable treats made from mixed fruits with shaved ice, topped with creamy flavors of ice cream.
Their signature flavors include the Mango Craze, Knicker Bocker, Halo-Halo, Ice Cream Shake and more!
The new branch opened yesterday, August 1, with a blessing ceremony and a special performance from the MOGCHS Cheer Royale and the Soul Shakers Crew, followed by a small salo-salo.
