10 Feb LOOK: Instagrammable “Cafe de Silva” Now Open @ CDO’s Liceo Arcade
Mga higala! CAFE DE SILVA, a cozy, affordable, and Instagrammable coffee shop, has recently opened at the Liceo Arcade (along Pelaez Blvd.) of Cagayan de Oro City!
This new cafe offers coffee, milk teas, and frappes made with fresh ingredients and high-quality equipment. They also have their own pizzas, potato mojos, cakes, and other treats.
(Cafe de Silva’s pizza and mojos will keep you craving for more higala! We even tried it ourselves.)
